"Not the easiest site to use"

"Why are the payment options so limited?"
I was annoyed that I couldn’t just pay with PayPal. It feels like such a basic option to have these days, and the payment choices were way too limited for me.

"Wish I hadn’t bothered after the way I was treated"
I regret going here. I only had a few simple questions, but the staff made me feel like I was getting in the way. The answers I got were short, not very friendly, and came across as rude. I understand everyone has stressful or busy days, but the tone and attitude just didn’t feel professional. Looking back, I wish I’d gone somewhere else, and I wouldn’t choose to use them again.

"Not the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered a bath panel it looked alright when I first took it out, but the finish just felt a bit cheap. There was also a small mark on one of the corners, which was annoying. It does the job, so it’s not completely useless, but for the price I really expected better. The quality just isn’t great, and the finish really lets it down. I kept thinking it would feel a bit more solid, but it doesn’t. Bit disappointing overall.

"Staff seemed unsure and support just sent me in circles"
I had a few basic questions about a bath tap and waste kit, but I ended up getting different answers depending on who I spoke to. One person told me it would fit fine, another said I’d need extra parts, and nobody sounded that confident about it.

It felt like they were just reading from the website and guessing, which isn’t very reassuring when you’re spending a decent amount and trying not to order the wrong thing. I also got bounced around in a bit of a support loop, with no clear answer at the end, so the whole thing was more frustrating than helpful

"I was disappointed when this arrived..."
I was disappointed when this arrived because it didn’t really match the description. I kept checking the listing to make sure I hadn’t misunderstood something, but it just felt different from what was advertised. I wish the details had been a little clearer so I could’ve felt more confident about what I was ordering.

"Prices could be a bit clearer, right?"
The site was easy to use overall, but I wasn’t totally sure about the pricing until later in the process. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like the costs could be shown more upfront. It wasn’t a huge issue, just something that would’ve made things feel a little easier.

"Slow replies and frustrating support"
I had to chase them several times just to get answers. They did eventually respond, but it was really slow and frustrating, especially when I actually needed help. i felt kind of stupid for trusting them to handle things properly in the first place.

"Alright for the price"
I buy this from runningbath.co.uk because the price looked decent compared with a few other places. Delivery was okay, it wasn’t being super quick but it also didn’t take ages. The item is fine for what I paid, though it was feel a bit cheaper than I was expecting from the photos. Overall it’s decent value if you’re just wanting something basic. I wouldn’t say I was unhappy, just not really impressed either.

"Quick delivery, but the packaging needs work!!"
The bath panel turned up really quickly, which was great!! But the packaging wasn’t good enough. There was hardly any padding, and the corners had marks on them when it arrived. Bit disappointing because the delivery side was spot on, but the packaging really let it down.

"Returns were such a hassle"
I had to send something back to Running Bath, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were slow, the return instructions weren’t very clear, and I’m still waiting on my refund, even after chasing it a few times. Disappointing overall, and the customer service didn’t really help. I wouldn’t be in a rush to order again, unless they seriously improve their returns process

"I had mixed feelings about the install…"
I had mixed feelings about the install support. They did respond eventually, but it was slow enough that I ended up figuring out most of it on my own. It felt like they were trying to help, but not in a way that actually made the process easier. Frustrating overall.

"Poor showroom visit, won’t be going back"
I went into the showroom hoping to get some proper advice on a bathroom setup, but it didn’t feel like anyone was that interested in helping. We had a wander around for a while and no one really came over, so we ended up having to ask ourselves.
When we did get someone’s attention, the replies were blunt and not very helpful. It was basically along the lines of “everything’s over there” and “you can check the options on the display,” which didn’t really help when we were trying to make a decision. Felt like we were interrupting more than anything.
We ended up leaving without ordering. Maybe they were short-staffed or just having an off day, but it left a bad impression and I wouldn’t bother going back.

I ordered a tap that was showing as in stock, but then I got told it wasn’t actually available. I did get the refund, so that part was fine, but it was still a bit annoying...

"A Little Confusing, Just for Fun I Guess"
